Carl R. Jarrett
President

Carl is responsible for the overall business functions of KeyTech.  As the President, he works to ensure that our company philosophy of “Putting Customer and Employee Relationships First,” is a commitment for every employee and not "just a slogan". Carl has spent more than 25 years in direct client service, with experience in executive operations, staffing and managing help desks, 24x7 support centers, and business continuity consulting.  Carl also managed a world-wide implementation and support program for a network communications system used by the U.S. Army.  Carl holds close relationships with KeyTech clients, often going the extra mile to ensure their expectations are being met.  His previous positions have included: Vice President, North American ITMS Operations for IKON Technology Services ($250M services organization); Vice-President, IT Services at USConnect, Inc.; Director, Network Services & Support at Riverbend Group, Inc.; and Manager, Product Development for Phone Base Systems, Inc.

In addition to serving in the U.S. Army, Carl has earned a Masters in Business Administration from Averett University in Danville, VA.

Phil Martens
Chief Technology Officer

Phil is the lead technical resource for KeyTech's extensive engineer team. The most critical and complicated technical issues are escalated to him for resolution. He is the chief architect for major technical designs and consultation. Phil has over 20 years of technical experience designing and supporting all major network platforms. His technical expertise includes Windows NT, Novell, Unix, Linux, Citrix, and all server level hardware and communication devices (hubs, routers, switches).

Phil earned a B.S. Degree in Chemistry from Bluffton College in Bluffton, Ohio, and has received certifications from Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Seagate, Compaq, Dell, HP, Cisco, Neverfail, and Symantec.
