	Office Automation Specialist I – Request Quote One to two years of IT service experience. Provides telephone and desk-side support to end users for standard desktop Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications. Exhibits knowledge of standard desktop operating systems. Degree not required.
	Technician - Request Quote Two years of IT service experience. Provides PC and printer hardware installation and repair. Installs and supports standard desktop Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications. Exhibits knowledge of standard desktop operating systems. Degree not required.
	Engineer - Request Quote Six years of IT service experience, four of which is in network engineering support. Provides technical oversight for network engineering and implementation projects. Designs network systems and provides systems integration for a wide range of operating systems and network applications. Provides web-server maintenance and support. Develops plans for and implements connectivity, remote access solutions, router support, and other network topologies. Performs local and remote troubleshooting and administration of networks, as well as preventative maintenance. Bachelor’s Degree or two years additional IT experience.
	Senior Engineer - Request Quote Eight years of IT service experience, four of which is in network engineering support. Provides technical leadership and oversight for network engineering and implementation projects. Designs network systems and provides systems integration for a wide range of operating systems and network applications. Provides web-server maintenance and support. Develops plans for and implements connectivity, remote access solutions, router support, and other network topologies. Performs local and remote troubleshooting and administration of networks, as well as preventative maintenance. Bachelor’s Degree or two years additional IT experience.
	Manager II - Request Quote Nine years of IT service experience, three of which are in project management and supervision. Provides technical management for personnel and projects. Develops work processes, procedures, and enforces work standards. Manages teams involved in implementation and checks progress of technical solutions and schedules. Performs formal and information reviews of personnel involved in project implementation to ensure adherence to design concepts and standards. Develops and ensures management to specifications within program documentation. Prepares milestone status reports. Manages operations and maintenance support for post-installation activities. Develops and implements processes for evaluating systems and associated documentation. Determines resources required for quality control. Responsible for maintaining quality throughout the project life cycle. Communicates task assignments to various levels involved in the project. Bachelor’s degree required or two additional years of work experience.
	Principal Engineer / Subject Matter Expert - Request Quote Ten years of IT service experience. Provides advanced systems consulting, design, integration, and support. Demonstrates knowledge of emerging or advanced technologies and new releases. Audits, monitors, and provides enhancement for wide-area network performance. Demonstrates leadership in the IT industry and acts as liaison between manufacturers, vendors, and technical personnel for complex installation and support situations. Bachelor’s Degree required or two years additional IT experience.
